Reunion 2010

Believe it or not it is time to plan for the upcoming Dix Family Reunion. It will be held on July 3, 2010 at the traditional site.

If you have any ideas, concerns, comments we would love to hear from you. We realize this may be a hardship for many, so we need to get a ball-park figure for the number attending this year so some plans can begin to be made.

If you see this post, then share the information with others in your family. We are preparing a flyer to be sent by e-mail to the members of the families we have addresses for.

At the last reunion I ask around to see who had blogs, anyone who wants to link their blog with the family site is more than welcome, just call or e-mail and we'll get it on here. I am still looking for people to be "authors" that means you get to post on the blog, add pictures and let us know what your family is doing. It's E-Z and what better way to keep in touch.

There was plenty of good food, Sloppy Joe's, Hot dogs, chips, salad and what about those yummy brownies, I ate 2 ok so I ate 4 but who's counting.

Are you ready for some fun? 2008 Dix Family Reunion July 4th and 5th.

Meet at the Rock Church at 4pm on July 4th for family business, gab guides and a pizza party, bring some money to pay for your name tags which will be your ticket for lunch on Saturday.

Saturday the fun starts at 10am at the West Canyon Park (behind Grandma's house) there will be softball, volleyball and games for the kids, lunch will be served at noon. Bring an item for the auction and there will be a kids auction.
